Fundraising Ideas
A-Z of fundraising ideas
According to the Charity Commission’s Register of Charities, there are 162,170 charities in the UK, including those which operate worldwide.
This excludes small charities whose income does not exceed
£5000. So that’s a lot of fundraisers out there
competing for what is increasingly becoming a smaller pot of money!
And there are also just so many more, globally, who often also
compete for the same pot on an international level.
So, how can you be noticed by those who wish to support
charities?
Whether you are planning to raise funds for your charity, your
school, your church, or your local community group – there
will be something here for you!
(A few of the links on this page go through to Amazon, where you
can purchase the items suggested.Alternatively, these items and
others for charity events are also available from other online or
local stores).
